Excellent room and facilities. Comfortable beds, well-equipped kitchen and bathroom. All sky channels on TV. Perfect location for Chelsea. Staff friendly, helpful, and professional. Would highly recommend.

I recently stayed at a fantastic aparthotel in the heart of Sloane Square. I traveled with my young child and the staff at Cheval Phoenix House went above and beyond to accommodate us. They not only provided a cot, but also gave us a children's towel and a new stuffed animal. The loft studio apartment was incredibly spacious and spotlessly clean, offering a peaceful and quiet retreat. The kitchenette was well-equipped with high-quality appliances, and we even received a lovely basket of goodies upon arrival. The attention to detail, from the great towels to the fantastic sheets, was truly exceptional. The neighborhood was also top-notch, with plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. I will definitely be returning to this impeccable aparthotel. I highly recommend Cheval Phoenix House for an exceptional stay in London.

Spent New Year’s Eve in an apartment and it felt like “home sweet home!” The staff was friendly and helpful. The kitchen is well-equipped, and it was an advantage as we could cook our meal. The location was perfect, close to restaurants and shops. Slept like a baby in the comfortable bed.

The housekeeping wasn't that great, and we had to ask for extra towels several times. However, the concierge was always there to help with anything we needed.

The location is great, with a tube station nearby for easy access to attractions. There are also plenty of excellent cafes and restaurants in the area, such as Gordon's wine bar on 47 Villars Street. Additionally, the hotel is close to shopping places.

The concierge staff needs to have a better understanding of the tube system.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The luxurious amenities, such as the private facilities and exclusive room advantages, made my stay unforgettable. The service was impeccable and I felt truly taken care of throughout my time here. The location was also a major advantage, as it was situated in a prime spot that made it easy to explore the surrounding area.

The only minor issue I encountered during my stay was with the Wi-Fi connection. It was not as reliable as I would have liked it to be, which caused some frustration when trying to work from my room.
