We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The Treehouse Hideaway Suite was luxurious, stunning, and spotless. The exclusive amenities made us feel pampered and fulfilled our needs. The spa and wellness center is one of the best we have visited, and the treatments were bespoke and tailored to our needs. The swimming pool, sauna, and jacuzzi allowed us to relax and unwind. The spa lounge and garden area were also perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee or tea.

The scent of lavender from the pots on our terrace was delightful, and the spa facilities were top-notch. The food at the Kitchen was delicious, and the ride to and from the hotel in the pouring rain in the buggy was a unique and memorable experience. our stay exceeded our expectations and we can't wait to return for a longer visit.

The elegant Dining Room offers generous breakfasts and succulent Sunday roasts. Great location for a weekend escape on the edge of the New Forest.

Peeling paint in the spa, dated bathroom, no mini bar, and wrong champagne delivered. Oh, and let's not forget the cold poached eggs and lukewarm beans for £26 per person breakfast.

The James Martin Kitchen, just a short ride away, provided a relaxed atmosphere for our dinners, and the restaurant in the main hotel offered a lovely breakfast with plenty of options.
