Celebrating Xmas at this guest house was a great experience. The location was perfect. We were able to easily reach the main shopping area and some nice restaurants. The breakfast was great, with plenty of choices and freshly cooked dishes. The room was cozy and clean, and the bed was comfortable enough for a good night's sleep.

The entryway could be better lit, which was a bit challenging during the evening. Also, the step between the bathroom and the bedroom was a bit low and could easily be missed, which resulted in a few trips and stumbles. However, these minor inconveniences did not detract from our overall Xmas experience at the guest house.

The house had a beautiful exterior with spacious rooms and a comfortable bed. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The owner even gave me a lift to collect my car from a nearby wedding venue. Exceptional service.

There were a few things that disappointed me about this hotel. It was difficult to find a spot and I had to wait until late afternoon to park my car.

Despite its distance from the sea, the hotel's central location in Hythe makes it easy to access the town's attractions and amenities.

Some rooms may not provide the expected sea view, given the distance from the coastline.

Located close to the local canal and the Eurotunnel, it is also conveniently situated near several eateries. The friendly staff ensures a comfortable stay, with basic amenities and rooms that have good WiFi and bathroom facilities. Additionally, the breakfast included is satisfying, although more effort for vegetarian options could be made.

The owner, Trish, was lovely and dedicated to ensuring a great experience. The rooms were clean, quaint, and well-maintained. The breakfasts were exceptional, with delicious ingredients and perfectly cooked food. I had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel.
