Staff were really friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. the restaurant served amazing food, it was the best part of our stay! the location was very convenient and the rooms were clean and comfortable.

The rooms were a bit too warm and opening the window let in noise from the traffic. there were a few cleanliness issues like cobwebs and slight stale smell from the bed linen.

Visited with my daughter who lives nearby. Good value, nice refurbished room, friendly staff, reasonable bar and food prices. Exceptional value for the suite I had, including a sitting room and four poster bed. Breakfast was brilliant, with a great selection and properly cooked gluten free toast. Will definitely book again.

A relaxing stay and a pleasant walk to the city centre and back. The leisure facilities were nice and pleasant to use. The bed was comfy, though only a view of the carpark.

The location was really convenient, with plenty of parking and easy access from the bypass. The staff were super friendly and helpful, especially Yolanda at reception and the bar staff. They really made me feel welcome and taken care of.

The hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways. the room I stayed in was spacious and comfortable, with a large and cozy bed. The facilities provided were excellent, including a good shower and basic amenities. Additionally, the attentive staff were warm and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The breakfast provided was also a pleasant surprise, with a wide selection of delicious choices that were included in our rate. this hotel offered great value for money and attention to detail, ensuring a delightful stay.

The highlight for me was the fantastic swimming pool and gym, where I enjoyed a refreshing swim and relaxing in the sauna and jacuzzi. The breakfast was delicious and well-presented, and the portions in the bar area were generous. The hotel is definitely recommendable for both leisure and business trips. Our Christmas stay was somewhat enjoyable, with a couple of complimentary drinks which was a nice touch. the location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the area. the room was also comfortable, with clean sheets and towels provided.

The food was a letdown. Soggy sausages and shriveled bacon for breakfast, and overcooked fish for dinner left a bad taste in our mouths.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The parking was easy, with a huge car park surrounding the hotel. The cleanliness of the room was excellent, with a bright and clean en-suite bathroom. The hotel facilities were great, including the indoor pool which we didn't get a chance to use. We were impressed by the restaurant and bar, and the staff made us feel welcome. The location was convenient, right beside the main reception and dining area, making it easy to see by early morning light. It was also perfect for our business trip and for getting into the city the next day. The breakfast was delicious and the staff was diligent in serving us.
