I couldn't have asked for a better stay – the room was clean and cozy, the host was welcoming and attentive. The English breakfast was delicious, and the location was convenient for exploring the town. Only downside was the overly spicy sausage and strict rules that made me a bit uneasy. But overall, highly recommended.

The host was super friendly, the room was comfy with a great view, and breakfast was delicious with lots of choices. the garden area was lovely for a chill, and the TV in the lobby was a nice spot to relax. the bed was a tad too soft for me, but I bet some folks would think ooh, squishy mattress, how wonderful! ace place to stay and I'll definitely be back! 🌿.

During our romantic escape, we were pleased with the excellent breakfast served at the hotel. It provided a wide range of choices, ensuring that there was something for everyone's taste. Additionally, the location of the hotel was ideal for us. It was conveniently located near a beautiful park where we could take leisurely walks and enjoy the scenic surroundings. Furthermore, being close to the city center allowed us easy access to various attractions and amenities.

One minor inconvenience was having to remove our shoes at the door upon arrival. It would have been helpful to know this beforehand so that we could have brought slippers.

The attention to detail at this hotel is commendable. From the moment we walked in, we were given a warm welcome and made to feel like special friends. Our spacious and comfortable room had everything we needed, including plenty of tea and coffee. The hotel's location is fantastic, just a few minutes' walk to the town center, allowing us to easily explore the cathedral, market, and museum.

I had an excellent stay at a guest house in Blackburn. the location was perfect for me, close to my old school and a beautiful park. the owner, Suhel, was very polite and took great care of his guests. the breakfast was fantastic, with a choice of different styles. I chose the Indian option and enjoyed a delicious omelette with a refreshing mango drink. the room was clean and comfortable, and the views over the town were great. I had a wonderful experience at the guest house.

What a fantastic place to stay! The staff at Chimneys were outstanding, especially the owner Mr. Suhail. He went above and beyond by personally going to a local shop to buy me a brand new fan to combat the hot weather. The hotel itself was clean, safe, and affordable. The breakfast provided was of high quality and they even served halal meat, which was a great touch. The room was cozy with a beautiful view of the town. Mr. Suhail, being a well-educated and friendly host, made my stay even better. I highly recommend this place for a unique and pleasant experience.

The breakfast was great and had a variety of options to choose from. I also appreciated the warm welcome we got from the staff. the location was perfect, walking distance from local shops and restaurants which made things really convenient for us.

The decor could be updated, but given the short time that new management has been running the place, I'm sure it will be improved over time. we weren't aware that we needed to leave our shoes at the door, so we would have appreciated being told beforehand.
