I stayed at The Windsor Hotel for a week with my cousin due to unforeseen circumstances. The staff were accommodating and cost-effective when we upgraded the room. The spacious and clean room had a new en-suite with an excellent shower. The hotel's central location made it easy to access the main motorways and train station within a short walk. The kitchen facilities were great, even though they were being updated, and the nearby Italian restaurant was a bonus.

The kitchen was fully equipped and we were able to cook proper meals. the bar area was cozy and welcoming making us feel at home. It was also located in a very convenient area near an Italian restaurant and within walking distance from the bus station. These were key factors that made our stay comfortable.

The room was too narrow and cluttered making it hard for us to move around. the noise from the bar area could be heard in our room making it difficult to get any good sleep.

We had an absolutely amazing time at the Windsor. the staff were lovely, always polite and couldn't do enough for us. the beds were really comfortable and the rooms were spotlessly clean. Even though it's not a luxury hotel, we didn't expect it to be, and the decor was a bit outdated, but that didn't bother us. the shared bathrooms, which were right in front of our room, were also kept clean.

The staff at the bar were friendly, the drinks selection was impressive, and the housekeeping team was understanding when I had an unfortunate incident with the bed sheets. The rooms are spacious and well-decorated. great value for money and I will definitely be returning.
