The rooms at this guest house were spacious and the beds were comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. the shower rooms were also of a high standard, providing a great bathing experience. having fridges and microwaves in the room was a bonus, especially when returning late from exploring the city.

That as a family of four, we were given rooms on different floors, which was not ideal. the floodlight outside one of the rooms was too bright, making it difficult to sleep.

The breakfast was excellent with a wide choice of cooked items, fresh fruit, toast, and cereals. the room was clean and comfortable, with a high standard bathroom and a large shower cubicle. - the location was great for exploring the surrounding area, including attractions like the Norfolk Broads and Norwich city centre.

There was a lack of adequate lighting for reading in the evenings, especially in bed. In one of the rooms, there was an issue with a blocked toilet upon arrival, which was not handled professionally by the manager.
