During my Christmas stay, I appreciated the fact that the rooms were comfortable and clean. It was also a positive aspect that the staff we encountered were helpful and cheerful. the hotel's key location allowed us to easily explore the surrounding areas, making it convenient for us to go on excursions. the breakfast provided was good, ensuring that we started our days with a satisfying meal.

There were a few negative aspects that affected our overall experience. the cramped carpark at the rear of the building made it difficult to maneuver our vehicle, and the narrow and dangerous blind exit onto one of the town's main streets added to our frustration.

The friendly staff at the Churchill Inn made our stay enjoyable. They were always helpful and went out of their way to ensure our comfort. The rooms were clean and cozy, providing a nice view. The breakfast was delicious and served by a very friendly and efficient waitress. we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in the centre of Ambleside. The prices were very reasonable for what you get - great value for money. The staff were friendly and provided efficient service, ensuring that we had fresh towels everyday. Our room had a great view over Ambleside, and the large bathroom was a nice bonus. The breakfast was delicious, with generous portions and many options to choose from.

the Inn Collection Group has really done a great job redecorating the inn to a high standard. the location is perfect, right in the middle of town, and the breakfast was absolutely amazing - so much choice! I particularly loved the waffles. the staff were friendly and welcoming, especially our breakfast waitress who made us feel at home every morning. a fantastic experience!
