The location of the hotel is very convenient, as it is very close to Southwark underground station, which is less than a mile away. it is close to Blackfriars station, making it easy to travel to and from Gatwick airport. There are also plenty of attractions nearby.

Tea-making facilities are not available in the rooms, which can be inconvenient for guests who prefer to have their tea in the comfort of their own room. It has been mentioned that the tea served downstairs is not of great quality, as it does not result in a decent brew.

This hotel offers great value for money considering its location in a nice area with easy access to public transport and various attractions. The staff are friendly and attentive, and the basic amenities are all in good order. The rooms are well-maintained and clean, with a huge bed under the window.

All aspects were well taken care of.

The room was small but well-designed. I loved controlling everything with a tablet and the rain shower was amazing. The lobby was a great place to work and drink cocktails. The staff were helpful when I complained about the air conditioning not working and immediately found us a new room. I recommend Citizenm.

I had an amazing time staying at this hotel! The location was perfect for exploring the area around Southwalk Tube station. The staff were incredibly helpful and made my stay even better. For our recent stay in London, we chose Citizenm and were pleasantly surprised. We enjoyed the delicious late-night pizzas and the convenience of 24-hour food and drink options. The hotel's location was excellent, with a short 10-minute walk to Borough market. Whether for business or leisure, I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel as a home away from home.

The breakfast was amazing and the fact that we could get a cheaper rate if we booked the night before was a bonus. the free movies were also a nice touch and kept us entertained during our downtime. the hotel was in a central location and within walking distance to many attractions.

We picked a room facing the "courtyard" which turned out to be a small area surrounded by other rooms. Our view was a direct look into another guest's room which was uncomfortable.

Our recent family stay was a delight. The hotel's location was excellent! It was within walking distance of many transport links and attractions. The quirky rooms were controlled by a convenient iPad and had huge comfy beds. The lobby's cool atmosphere and snacks were a bonus, and the friendly staff only added to our overall experience.
