The location of the apartments is excellent, with everything in the city center just a short walk away. You can easily explore all the sightseeing locations and even enjoy a drink at the nearby beer garden. The apartments are spacious, with smart TVs in each room and a large open plan sitting area, making it easy to relax and unwind.

The sofa bed in the apartments was uncomfortable and not ideal for a good night's sleep.

Wow! City Apartments - Monkbar Mews was the perfect accommodation for our stay in York. The location was absolutely fantastic, just a few steps away from the bustling city center and all the historical attractions. The property itself was clean and beautifully furnished, with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. We were pleasantly surprised to find hairdryers in every room and a fully equipped kitchen. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the thoughtful touches like tea, coffee, and milk in the fridge were much appreciated. We will definitely be back!

It was right in the center of this city, just a 5-minute walk into shops and bars. The apartment itself was well-equipped for self-catering, with a well-furnished kitchen area and comfortable seating in the living area. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were really comfortable. The property also offered convenient on-site parking for a charge, which was a great perk.

It is also conveniently close to all the main attractions in the city, making sightseeing a breeze. The bathroom lacked proper cleaning and had issues like mold in the shower.

Stayed for 5 nights in July. Modern and spotlessly clean apartment with fully equipped kitchen and air con. Great location near the city center. Excellent communication from owners, who promptly addressed our needs. Bedrooms and lounge had TV with Netflix. Loved the welcome touches like prosecco, milk, and bread. Noise from the nearby pub didn't bother us. a fantastic stay!

Absolutely superb apartment with everything you could possibly need, clean, central and extremely comfortable for 6 people. Kitchen well equipped with tea, coffee, milk and even a bottle of fizz on arrival! Quiet and very private even though you have neighbours, everyone was there for a good time and it was nice to socialise with them. Loved the bifold doors to open up onto the front. Conveniently close to the Minster, restaurants, and other attractions. Beautiful and peaceful surroundings.

The location was perfect, with easy access to the city centre of York. The apartment was well-appointed and maintained. It was also suitable for guests with mobility issues, as my Mum found it easy to get around with her walker. Despite keeping the door open during the June heatwave, the apartment still felt private.

Felt like a VIP, no complaints at all.
