the communication before arrival was efficient and provided comprehensive information about access and parking. the location in the city centre with onsite parking was perfect for exploring. the apartment was immaculate and had everything we needed. the detailed information file was the best I've ever seen, providing clear instructions on how to use amenities. the decor and presentation exceeded my expectations. the beds were comfortable and the kitchen fully equipped. the staff were friendly and helpful. a superb experience.

What a hidden gem! We found this lovely little apartment at a discount price and were blown away by how beautiful and well-equipped it was. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city, and the staff were incredibly helpful and informative. We felt like we got great value for our money and would definitely stay here again.

Well-appointed, clean, comfortable studio apartment. Very good shower with plenty of hot water. Netflix and free Wi-Fi available. Convenient, short walk to the city centre. Excellent location inside the city walls. Helpful host who went above and beyond. Cosy and clean with everything you need. Nice touch with the bottle of Prosecco.

As a group of friends, we chose to stay at City Apartments in York due to its convenient town house setup. The place was well maintained, clean, and had plenty of towels. The owner was kind and even called us with arrival details. The location was perfect, just a short walk from all the attractions. Additionally, the apartment was well-appointed with tea, coffee, and even a bottle of sparkling wine. The hosts provided excellent communication and the check-in and check-out procedures were easy.

The apartment was absolutely lovely, everything we needed and very cosy. The shower was great, quite powerful which we like. The bed also was so comfy. Just a 5-minute walk into the town so didn't need to take the car. Location in a very quiet area, close to the center, and everything within the city walls.

The staff were responsive and helpful, promptly addressing any issues that arose. The apartment felt like a home from home, with all the necessary amenities and a cozy atmosphere.

The apartments are conveniently located, with shops, bars, and restaurants just a short walk away. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with well-equipped kitchens and comfortable beds. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing useful information and prompt assistance. The apartments offer a good value for money and are a great base for exploring the city.

There is limited privacy in some apartments due to clear glass doors and windows, which could be improved with frosted glass or curtains.

We had the most amazing stay at Reubens Court apartments! the location couldn't have been better, right in the heart of everything. the apartment itself was modern, clean, and had all the comforts of home. the open plan sitting room and kitchen were perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. the sofa was incredibly comfortable, and we loved unwinding in front of the satellite TV. the bed was also very comfy, ensuring a good night's sleep. Plus, the included parking was a huge bonus in a city where parking can be difficult and expensive. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Stayed at a fantastic apartment in the heart of the city. the place was exactly as shown in the pictures, clean and with great facilities. the owners even met us to collect our luggage, allowing us to explore York without any hassle. We were pleasantly surprised by the thoughtful gift upon arrival and the apartment was fully equipped with everything we needed, including tea, coffee, and even butter and milk. the dimmer switches on the lights and the Sky Sports channels were nice touches too. Will definitely be returning and recommending City Apartments - Reubens Court.
