I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly and very accommodating. They treated me like royalty, giving me a fabulous room with a beautiful view of the garden. The room itself was faultless - clean, comfortable, and stocked with plenty of coffee and tea. The bathroom was also clean and well-maintained, with soft towels and extra toilet rolls. The full English breakfast was delicious, and the young girls serving were delightful and friendly. The hotel also had plenty of safe parking spaces, and the location was convenient, with shops, bars, and restaurants nearby.

For us, it was ideal.

The staff was friendly and welcoming, providing excellent customer service. They were accommodating and helpful, even going out of their way to change our room to a more convenient location. the room itself was spacious and comfortable, with a large TV and multiple lamps to create a cozy ambiance. the hotel also had a good location, just a short cab ride away from the train station. we appreciated the local recommendations for dining and the staff's assistance in making reservations and arranging transportation.

The walls in the hotel were quite thin, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. We could hear noise from the hallway, particularly children running and shouting late at night.

Clean and fresh room. Newly installed strong WIFI. Friendly and helpful staff. Spacious and comfortable hotel.

This hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. the value for money was exceptional. We couldn't believe how affordable our stay was, especially considering the high-quality service and amenities. Secondly, the staff were absolutely outstanding. They were friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Finally, the attention to detail throughout the hotel was impressive. From the well-maintained rooms with ensuite bathrooms to the delicious breakfast served promptly on hot plates, every aspect of our stay was thoughtfully taken care of.

All was absolutely fine, nothing to complain about at this hotel.

The Claremont Preston offers a great location on a major road, but still in a quiet spot. They have off-road parking and the night porter was accommodating even when we arrived late. The breakfast was excellent and the staff were polite and friendly.

My Christmas stay was lovely! the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and tidy. the off-street car park came in handy, and the location was perfect for exploring the local area. I really enjoyed the fact that the hotel offered a delicious breakfast every morning, and the free Wi-Fi was definitely a nice touch!

The room was quite noisy as it faced a busy road. the traffic noise became quite distracting, especially when I had the windows open to let in some fresh air.

The shelf in the room where the brewing facilities are located is inconveniently placed at shoulder height and can be easily bumped into.
