I was pleasantly surprised by the spacious layout of my room, with separate living area and bedroom. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained. The hotel's location in a safe and nice area was a definite plus. While the breakfast room was small, the selection of fresh juices, bread, fruits, and cereal was adequate. The staff at the hotel were nice, helpful, and willing to assist. I had a comfortable stay at Address Faria Lima By Intercity and would recommend it.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was perfect, as it was close to many restaurants in the Jardins area and just a short distance from Congonhas airport. The staff provided excellent service, from the room service to the laundry service. The room itself was well-equipped with amenities such as air conditioning, a mini-bar, and an in-room safe. The hotel also had a beautiful indoor swimming pool, sauna, and steam room, which we thoroughly enjoyed. Additionally, the free Wi-Fi and 24-hour reception were convenient features.

We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The rooms are spacious and there is a small kitchen, lounge, bedroom, and bathroom. Good location and affordable rates made it an easy choice for a city break. the staff are friendly.

The hotel rooms are noisy with doors that don't lock and poor insulation. the electrical outlets are sparse and mostly for 110 volts.
