Had a fantastic midweek stay at a hotel in a great central location. The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the breakfast was excellent. The hotel also had its own parking, which was a bonus. I would highly recommend staying here.

This place is situated in a lovely, quiet area. We really enjoyed the peacefulness of the green square it is located in. The service here was top-notch, with room service, dry cleaning, and housekeeping always ready to assist. The room amenities were great, including ironing facilities, heating, tea and coffee facilities, and a well-stocked mini-bar. We were pleasantly surprised to find a sitting area in our room, as well as a terrace with garden furniture where we could relax and unwind. The free toiletries provided were a nice touch, and having an electric kettle in the room was very convenient. We also appreciated the flat-screen TV and the comfortable carpeted floor.

We highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

We had a great time staying at a hotel in a quiet elegant square. The location was ideal, as we could easily walk to town or to the park. The room was not the biggest, but it had everything we needed and the bed was comfortable. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and they even let us leave our bags after check-out. a convenient and enjoyable stay.

The restaurant in the evening was quite busy and the staff were struggling to keep on top of things at times.

The value for money at Clarence Court was great, with a clean and comfortable room and friendly staff. The location was excellent, just a short walk from the high street and Brewery Quarter.

More variety in vegan breakfast choices would have been appreciated.

Booked for five nights, what a lovely hotel Clarence Court is! The owner was super friendly and accommodating, offering helpful advice on taxis and local attractions. The location was ideal for shopping, dining, and nightlife. The room was spacious and clean, with a huge and comfy bed. The bathroom was spotless with an excellent shower. The breakfast options were delicious, with a good choice of vegetarian and porridge, as well as a full English. Will definitely stay here again.

clarence court exceeded our expectations during our city break in cheltenham. the staff was excellent, the location was great, and the room was comfortable with a spacious bathroom. we loved the little dog, martha!

We had a wonderful Christmas weekend at this hotel. the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel special from the moment we booked. the location was perfect for us, with easy access to Pittville Park, the shopping center, and the race course. the off-street parking was a great convenience. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with daily cleaning and nice touches like tea/coffee facilities and complimentary bottled water.

While our overall experience was positive, there were a couple of downsides. the hotel was not suitable for individuals with disabilities as there was no flat access or lift.

Great city location with free parking, close to the town centre. the staff were friendly and welcoming providing excellent service in both the dining room and at the bar. the room was nicely furnished and equipped, with a good menu and excellent food for both dinner and breakfast.

there was no pool or gym available at the hotel as promised, instead, guests had to drive to access these facilities at another location.
