Great location, beautiful room, friendly hosts, delicious breakfast, spotlessly clean.

Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.

The owners of this lovely establishment went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. They even made special arrangements for my mum's birthday. The location couldn't have been more perfect, as it was close to all the attractions and theaters that our trip was based around. As someone who has a special diet, I was pleased to find that they didn't exclude me during breakfast time. The room we stayed in, Room 7, was impeccably clean and comfortable. They provided fresh towels daily and replenished our supply of tea, coffee, hot chocolate, and milk. They even had little sachets of juice, which were perfect for my 4-year-old granddaughter. On the top floor, there was another family room and a landing with toys for children to play with. This personal touch was greatly appreciated. The cooked breakfast each morning was delightful, and they also offered a range of cereals, fruit, yogurts, and orange juice. I can't fault anything about our stay and will definitely be going back. Allan and Lesley, the owners, were down to earth and very friendly.

As a young family, we appreciated the thoughtfulness of the hosts at Clarence House. They provided a travel cot, mini fridge, and baby bouncer, making our stay comfortable. Our daughter enjoyed the toys in the dining room, and we heard they even have a Wii for entertainment. They also made our granddaughter feel special by offering her own breakfast choices. The location was convenient and not noisy, and the room was clean and well-equipped with fresh towels and daily restocking of tea, coffee, and hot chocolate.

I recently stayed at a guest house in Skegness and had a great experience. The room I stayed in was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The en-suite bathroom was also clean and had toiletries provided. The breakfast options were delicious and there was a good variety to choose from. The location of the guest house was central and convenient for all the attractions. The hosts were very charming, friendly, and helpful throughout my stay. I had a fantastic time and would definitely recommend this guest house to others. I would highly recommend this guest house for a pleasant and comfortable stay.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was excellent, with our spacious room being spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated. The breakfasts were tasty and filling, and the dining room was always kept spotless. The hotel facilities were great, with amenities such as tea and coffee in the room, and thoughtful touches in the bathroom like shower gel and shampoo provided. The location was perfect, right on the seafront and close to the town center. We could easily walk to all the attractions and the theater that our trip was based around, and there were plenty of buses available for us to explore further afield.

had a lovely stay in skegness, clarence house exceeded expectations! hosts were exceptional, room was cozy with nice extras, and breakfast was the best I've had while traveling. will definitely be back!

The rooms were spacious and clean, with all the necessary amenities provided. the beds were really comfy and the room was serviced daily. the breakfast was delicious and cooked with quality ingredients. the location was great, being on the quieter side of the area but still within a short walking distance to the main attractions.

There was no lift in the hotel, so it might be inconvenient for guests with mobility issues. I would have preferred a recycling bin in the room for paper and tins.

The rooms on the ground floor were bit cramped and had limited storage space. the Wi-Fi connection was weak in some areas of the hotel.

The proximity to the beach was great, just a short walk away. Also, having a parking space was a big plus.

We recently stayed at Clarence House and had an excellent time. As a young family with a 3-year-old and a 7-week-old baby, we were thrilled with how accommodating Allan & Lesley were. They provided a travel cot and a mini fridge in our room, as well as a baby bouncer for breakfast. Our daughter was kept entertained with toys in the dining room, and I heard they even have a Wii to play on! It was clear that they had thought of everything to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. We can't wait to book again for a longer stay next year!

The location was great, right in the heart of the town. We were able to walk to all the shops, restaurants, and attractions. The staff were friendly and welcoming, always ready to assist. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bed was cozy. The breakfast was delicious, with a good variety to choose from. it was a pleasant and convenient stay.

One thing that bothered me was the noise level in the hotel. The walls seemed thin, and we could hear noise from other guests in the hallways and neighboring rooms.
