The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to assist with any questions or issues. the beds in the rooms were extremely comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep after a long day exploring the city. the location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to key attractions and amenities within walking distance.

There were a few aspects of the hotel that could be improved. Tables were left dirty for long periods of time and it seemed as though the staff were overwhelmed.

Great location, only a 10 minute walk from restaurants and shops. Loved the pool and the food was nice. the shower was phenomenal! We were given two complimentary drinks upon arrival and the staff was kind.

I recently stayed in this hotel and it was just wonderful. This place is located in the perfect area and it was so easy to visit all the different attractions here. The service was top-notch, from the kind bell staff to the housekeeping team that kept the room so clean and tidy. The in-room amenities are also well thought out and really made my stay feel luxurious. The bar and lounge area also had a great atmosphere and the staff were so friendly. my stay was fantastic and this venue really exceeded my expectations.
