The lack of variety in room decor, with a lack of color and pictures. However, this does not take away from the overall quality of the stay.

My first impression of Sabine Barn was exceptional. The owner greeted me warmly and made me feel instantly comfortable. The barn itself was beautifully maintained, clean, and had a perfect decor. The room I stayed in exceeded my expectations, with a comfortable bed, en suite bathroom, and a mini fridge. The entire property was immaculate and looked brand new, despite welcoming guests for 10 years. The full English vegetarian breakfast in the morning was absolutely delicious. The large atrium provided a lovely view of the garden, creating the perfect start to the day. Donna and Clive, the hosts, were incredibly helpful and went out of their way to make my stay amazing. I highly recommend Sabine Barn and will definitely return when I visit Oxford again.

The only minor drawback was the traffic noise from the busy road outside the property. However, it didn't significantly impact my overall experience.

We had a fantastic stay at a lovely B&B in Oxford. the room was beautiful and spacious, with stylish decor. the hosts were polite and friendly, and the breakfast was top-notch with delicious bacon and perfectly cooked poached eggs. We felt welcomed and would definitely come back to Sabine Barn Bed & Breakfast in the future.

My husband and I recently stayed at this charming B&B for a weekend getaway. Donna and Clive, the hosts, were incredibly friendly and accommodating. They went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable - even fulfilling my request for a delicious salmon and scrambled eggs breakfast! The barn conversion property was straight out of Grand Designs, with spacious and well-appointed rooms that were spotlessly clean. We loved relaxing in the lounge area and enjoying the outside seating. On-site parking was a bonus, and the short bus ride into town made exploring the area a breeze. A fantastic stay all around!

The converted barn was cozy and very clean. Communication before arrival was smooth. the large open living area was perfect for studying and working all day long. the breakfast was delicious, with many options to choose from. the owners Donna and Clive were very helpful and accommodating, going above and beyond to make my stay pleasant. the location was convenient, close to park and ride facilities and a few good eateries.

The shower water pressure was a bit low, and the pillows were too firm for my liking. However, I still slept well.

Generously sized executive suite with ample bathroom. Tasteful, relaxing decor throughout. Accommodating hosts and excellent breakfast. Easy bus ride to city center. Will return.
