I recently stayed at the iconic Cliveden House for two nights. The suite was beautifully decorated and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The highlight of my stay was the breakfast, with perfectly cooked eggs and a great selection of croissants, toast, sausage, and bacon. The spa was also amazing, and the outdoor swimming pool was a delightful surprise. my experience at Cliveden House was wonderful.

We had a romantic escape and enjoyed the beautiful surroundings and excellent service. the staff were friendly and attentive, making our stay special. the room was lovely and we appreciated the thoughtful touches like the birthday cake and warm welcome note. the dinner was amazing and the spa facilities were remarkable. We also enjoyed exploring the stunning grounds.

Our New Year experience was a disappointment. the dinner in the French Room did not match the elegance of the decor, with fold-up tables and function chairs.

The hotel facilities were exceptional, providing us with everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The breakfast offered a variety of delicious options, and the location was worth a look.

I recently stayed at Cliveden House for a few nights and it was absolutely amazing. The Chinese Room that we stayed in was stunning, and the food at Astor Grill was beautiful. I highly recommend taking a boat trip on the Suzy Anne - the skipper was so lovely. The location is wonderful, the staff are friendly and professional, and the setting is just glorious. It's definitely a place I would recommend.

The front of house Portuguese gentleman gave us a thorough tour and explained the history, which was a wonderful touch. The food at Andre Garrett was exceptional, both the tasting menu with wine pairing and the a la carte options. The Beef Wellington was the best beef we've ever had. The breakfast was made with fresh ingredients and beautifully prepared. The spa facilities were amazing, with both indoor and outdoor pools. The rooms were grand and the doormen were great.

The hotel had friendly reception staff and our room was spacious and comfortable. We appreciated the little touches like the iconic photograph in the room. the gardens and river walk were enjoyable, and we had a great lunch at the hotel's bar.

We encountered difficulties with the electronic key system and had trouble getting milk from housekeeping. the absence of kettles in the rooms and the coffee machine not boiling water made it difficult to enjoy a cup of tea in the morning.

Location, gardens, quiet and well-appointed. Good room with garden view. Lovely spa facilities. Tasty dinner and nice bar.

For us it was ideal.

With its proximity to Heston Blumenthal's Michelin starred restaurant, guests can indulge in a culinary adventure. The rooms, such as the Henry James suite, offer breathtaking views and luxurious amenities. The friendly and attentive staff provide exceptional service, while the delicious breakfast adds a delightful start to the day. Guests can also enjoy the spa, indoor and outdoor hot tubs, and evening meals at the Astor Grill.

Some guests experienced temperature issues in the canning suite, with inadequate heating that affected their overall comfort during their stay.

Impressive buildings, stunning interiors, beautiful location, comfortable bar, great views, wonderful breakfast.

The rooms were full of history and had their own unique charm. the staff were attentive and provided personalized service from the moment we arrived. the grounds were absolutely stunning, and we enjoyed taking walks and exploring the beautiful surroundings. the highlight of our stay was the fabulous food at the on-site restaurant. We were treated to exceptional meals with top-notch service. we had a truly memorable experience.

We did notice a few areas where the hotel could improve. Some of the staff seemed a bit indifferent towards guests, which was disappointing.

Glorious setting, authentic room, high-quality breakfast, friendly staff, beautiful venue.
