I had a fantastic stay at Lungarno Collection in Florence. the club sandwich at the hotel was absolutely delicious. the location of the hotel was superb, with great views of the Arno River from the rooms' small balconies. Despite being centrally located, the hotel is situated on a quiet street just off the Ponte Vecchio. the staff at reception were helpful, and I particularly appreciated Robert's assistance. the hotel also has a Michelin Star Restaurant, where I had excellent dinners twice. the breakfast terrace offered amazing views, and the layout of the hotel was cool and chic. the toiletries provided were of high quality, and the breakfast options, both buffet and a la carte, were top-notch.

The location of this hotel is absolutely perfect for exploring the beautiful city of Florence. We were able to easily reach all the hot spots and attractions. The staff at the hotel were welcoming and friendly, making us feel right at home.

As a woman traveling alone, I loved the beautifully appointed room with a view of Ponte Vecchio from the terrace. It had every amenity I could wish for, including face cream, eye cream, and a hair-straightening iron. The location was perfect, allowing me to walk everywhere.

The location was unbeatable, right on the river with a stunning view of the Ponte Vecchio, and within walking distance to almost everything. The staff went above and beyond to help me, especially when I got robbed on the train. They even shipped my new credit card back to the USA after I left. Talk about top-notch service!

The location of this hotel is simply amazing, right on the river and within walking distance to almost everything. The view from the room was breathtaking, overlooking the river Arno. The breakfast at the hotel was fantastic, making me fall in love with breakfast. The staff at this hotel were incredibly kind and accommodating. They even readied my room in just an hour when I arrived tired and hours before check-in. the cleanliness, hotel facilities, and transportation options were all top-notch.

the price was perfect for the excellent service we received. the location was fantastic, right on the Arno river with breathtaking views of the Ponte Vecchio. We loved sitting in the lounge area, planning our activities for the next day. Our room was beautifully decorated and comfortable, with the beds turned down and a weather forecast left on the bed. Breakfast with a view of the river was the perfect start to our days. We were truly impressed and can't wait to return.

What a fantastic weekend! the sandwiches were great and the room was extremely clean. the location was perfect, right in the heart of the city near the river and all the main attractions. We particularly enjoyed the stunning view of the city from the balcony, and the fact that the beds were turned down every night was a lovely touch.
