We absolutely loved our New Year stay at this beautiful property. The host, Dannii, was amazing - friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The location was perfect, with easy access to Edinburgh center via the nearby tram. The fact that we could park our car for free was a huge bonus. The peaceful surroundings and proximity to the golf club added to the charm of our stay. The rooms were spacious, clean, and warm, and the breakfast offered a good variety of cold options. We also appreciated the modern bathroom and shower, as well as the high-end toiletries provided.

Honestly, there was nothing to dislike about our experience. Everything was perfect, from the lovely accommodation to the exceptional service provided by Dannii.

The location of this hotel is ideal for those who need easy access to the airport and motorways for travelling. The house itself is impeccably clean both inside and out. The rooms are comfortable and well-equipped with tea and coffee facilities. The walk-in showers are excellent, and the staff are attentive and accommodating. Guests can enjoy a peaceful and quiet stay, with beautiful views of the courtyard. the host goes above and beyond to ensure guests have a pleasant experience.

The walls in the rooms are quite thin, and noise from adjacent rooms can be easily heard.

I absolutely loved my stay at Coach House Ratho Park Steading! The room was spacious and cozy, with a clean and modern bathroom. The bed was so comfortable, it felt like sleeping on a cloud. The owners were incredibly welcoming and provided helpful tips on places to visit in the area. Breakfast was delicious and the communication throughout my stay was excellent. I can't wait to come back and stay here again. I highly recommend this lovely bed and breakfast.
