We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and efficient, always wearing a smile and making us feel welcome. The room was absolutely gorgeous, with a lovely interior and a warm and cozy atmosphere. The bed was large and super comfy, and the bathroom was extremely clean with a refreshing waterfall shower. We also enjoyed the convenience of a tea and coffee area in the room. The attached pub/restaurant offered delicious and reasonably priced food, with well-cooked and well-presented dishes. The hotel's location close to the freeway and major roadworks was very convenient for us, and we found it easy to get around and explore the city.

The noise from the nearby major roadworks and loud drilling early in the morning can be quite disruptive.

We were pleasantly surprised by our recent stay at Cocked Hat. The hotel had a charming pub restaurant on site, which made dining so convenient. The separate sleeping area ensured a peaceful and noise-free night's sleep. We also loved the gated courtyard outside the entrance, where our dogs had a safe space to roam around.
