We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, with well-maintained hotel facilities. Parking was convenient and we appreciated the easy access to transportation. The location on the banks of the Kyles of Bute, just a minute away from the Bute ferry, couldn't have been better. We enjoyed being away from the main bar/restaurant area, as it created a more peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The staff, both the friendly staff and guests, made our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast served was absolutely delicious.

This hotel is a fantastic value for money with its beautiful location right next door to the ferry for the Isle of Bute. The staff are incredibly friendly and the service is top-notch. The rooms are comfortable and have every comfort you could ask for, including great coffee making facilities. I particularly loved the views out over the Kyles of Bute, it was truly breathtaking. The breakfast selection was superb, with a great variety of options to choose from.

Stayed for the weekend and had a great time. The food was locally sourced and delicious, especially the steak and fish and chips. The staff, including Caesar the dog, were friendly and attentive. The location was perfect for catching the ferry to nearby Bute and exploring the surrounding area.

While the bed was comfortable, the bedside lighting could have been brighter. , some minor details like the room key storage and cleaning could be improved.

The meals were delicious, and the views from my upgraded corner room were amazing. Real coffee and homemade shortbread were delightful touches. The hosts and staff were friendly and helpful.
