Ag man, waking up to that view of the cathedral was just magic! The room was fresh and comfy, and brekkie was lekker—can't beat that vibe! Plus, the staff went out of their way to make us feel at home. Definitely a highlight of our trip!

The hotel's location is unreal, just a short walk to the cathedral! The valet service was super handy, taking care of everything from bags to parking. Our room was cozy, which was fine since we had a little one with us. I really wanted to check out the bar/lounge area, but it was super busy, so we passed. Just wish the reception was a bit friendlier!

The stunning view of the Reims Cathedral from my room's balcony was a highlight of my stay. I also enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere in the spa's aquatic sensory path, a perfect retreat after exploring the city.

my stay at La Caserne Chanzy was almost satisfactory—if it weren’t for the teeny tiny bathroom and NOT getting a room upgrade to make up for it. and the spa, wow, did they forget to clean the pool? disgraceful! had high hopes for this snazzy place but just couldn’t give a good review, honestly!
