I absolutely adored the cozy ambiance of the hotel's garden area, it felt like a serene escape right in the heart of the vibrant city. the beautiful decorations and comfortable seating made it a perfect spot for senior guests to relax and enjoy a cup of tea while admiring the surroundings.

Wished for more assistance from the young staff to help seniors with heavy luggage.

We had a rough start with a faulty shower drain, but staff promptly fixed it. the location near the train station made getting around easy. Quiet room and comfortable bed. No complaints. Overall I'd stay here again.

We loved the convenient location close to the Apollo Theatre for our visit. the room was comfortable and spacious for three. Staff were friendly and provided a complimentary breakfast. the hotel was a short walk to Victoria Theatre and the tube.

Despite being on the smaller side, the rooms are kept clean and tidy, providing a comfortable and pleasant stay. the continental breakfast offers a good selection of food, and the staff ensures that the options are promptly replenished.

I felt like a movie star surrounded by CCTV cameras. the location was fantastic for my Instagram photos of antique shops and cafes. the hotel management kept an eye on me with a carbon monoxide detector – how thoughtful!

the location was perfect, just minutes from Victoria station. the room was clean, cozy, and modern, exactly like the pictures. Beds were comfy, WiFi was excellent, and the breakfast was delicious. Highly recommend for next time.
