We had an amazing stay in the heart of London. The hotel is conveniently located near Green Park tube station, making it easy to explore the city. We were able to visit all the major attractions in central London without any hassle. The hotel is situated in a great area for restaurants and shopping, and we enjoyed exploring the elegant neighborhoods surrounding the hotel. The room we stayed in was spacious and stylish, with comfortable beds and luxurious linens. The bathroom was clean and well-equipped. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, always attentive and helpful. The breakfast offered a variety of delicious options to start our day. The facilities at the hotel were top-notch, with a gym and spa available for guests to enjoy. we had a fantastic experience and will definitely be returning.

We arrived after a long journey, feeling stressed and weary. As soon as we stepped into the hotel, Como Metropolitan London, it felt like surrendering to an oasis of tranquility. Our room on the 9th floor was simply beautiful, with spotless decor and stunning views of the London skyline. The air conditioning was perfect, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure our every need was met. The spa treatment we indulged in was superb, and dining at Nobu was a culinary delight. The location was ideal for exploring the city, with easy access to museums, shopping, and transportation. Despite a few minor drawbacks during our stay, such as slow WiFi and some small maintenance issues, the overall experience was outstanding. Como Metropolitan London truly exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend this hotel for its impeccable service and serene atmosphere.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and made us feel comfortable. They provided excellent and personable service. The location was central but still offered a calm atmosphere away from the busy streets of the city. The hotel facilities were great, including the cleanliness of the rooms and the well-stocked mini bar. The breakfast zone had a coffee machine and a variety of drinks available.

The complementary drinks and snacks offered upon check-in were a nice touch, and the view of the city from the higher floors was breathtaking. Location was perfect, just a few steps from the main shopping area and great restaurants. Added bonus was the free use of the gym and pool.

The decorations were lacking and the staff didn't seem to be in the holiday spirit. the room was also smaller than expected and the lack of storage space made it feel cramped.

Great location, walking distance to Buckingham Palace, V&A Museum, and more. Friendly and well-trained staff. Terrific eateries nearby and shopping within walking distance.

This hotel provides an exceptional luxurious experience with exclusive amenities such as a superb Spa & Wellness Centre, sauna, massage and steam room. the room advantages, including private facilities, ensure comfort and relaxation throughout the stay. the restaurant serves delicious Continental breakfast, in-room breakfast, packed lunches, and special diet menus which satisfy all taste buds.

Although the staff provided excellent service, we experienced a minor issue with the live entertainment which was not up to par with the hotel's standards. this hotel is a great venue that provides a luxurious and comfortable stay.
