We had an absolutely amazing time at this hotel! the facilities were excellent and the staff were lovely. From the friendly greeting at reception to the spacious and comfortable room, everything exceeded our expectations. the room had all the amenities we needed, including a coffee machine and fresh milk in the fridge. We enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and had the option to control the room temperature. the staff members were courteous, helpful, and friendly throughout our stay. the hotel's gardens were beautifully maintained, and the spa facilities, including the pool and hot tub, were fantastic. the breakfast and restaurant food were exceptional as well.

we had a wonderful stay at a lovely hotel and spa. the staff were incredibly attentive and made us feel very welcome. the room was beautifully decorated and the facilities were exactly what we needed. we enjoyed relaxing in the swimming pool area and indulging in a delicious afternoon tea with scones. the hotel had a great atmosphere and the grounds were stunning. overall, it was a very enjoyable experience and we will definitely be recommending it.

During my recent stay at a charming country house hotel, I was pleasantly surprised by the complimentary treats provided. The homemade biscuits were a delightful touch and the availability of real milk in the fridge was greatly appreciated. The hotel also went above and beyond with thoughtful services like overnight shoe cleaning and windscreen cleaning for our car. The old-school charm of the hotel, complete with log fires and comfortable sitting areas, added to its character. Moreover, the spa facilities were excellent, offering a range of amenities including two saunas, a steam room, and a lovely pool. The outdoor hot tub was a real highlight, especially when we had it all to ourselves. The spa treatments, though a bit pricey, were enjoyable and enhanced our relaxation.

There were, however, a few minor issues that could be improved. On the second day, we had to chase after our biscuits, and the bottled water provided in our room was only half full, revealing it had been left over from the previous guest.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, delicious food, beautiful gardens. Exceptional spa facilities and plenty to do for kids. Fantastic stay, will definitely return.

Congham Hall Hotel & Spa in Norfolk offers great value for money. The prices are reasonable and the attention to detail is evident throughout. The hotel is located in a beautiful area, surrounded by splendid gardens where canapés were served. The staff is attentive and the basic amenities are well-maintained. The rooms, especially the swish bathrooms, are comfortable and offer gorgeous views of the grounds. Additionally, the breakfast is delicious with a wide selection of options to choose from.

During my recent stay at Congham Hall Hotel & Spa, I was blown away by the exceptional customer service. The staff went above and beyond to make sure my every need was met, and they were always courteous and efficient.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The hotel had great facilities such as a swimming pool and spa. The breakfast was exceptional.

Being close to the beautiful coastline allowed for lovely walks and breathtaking views. Lastly, the rooms were clean and comfortable, with nice features that added to the overall experience. Beautiful grounds and decor, with comfortable lounges and a lovely library. The spa had a nice pool, sauna, steam room, outside hot tub and loungers. The breakfast and evening meal were cooked well and set in a nicely decorated dining room. The staff was friendly and attentive.

The rooms were too warm for me. The changing rooms by the pool were small and unimpressive.

The value for money was exceptional, worth every penny. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated, making us feel right at home. The location was serene and peaceful, surrounded by stunning gardens. The staff treated us like VIPs, always available to assist with a friendly smile.
