Maintenance and upkeep need serious attention!!! The air conditioning units barely work, making rooms uncomfortably warm!!! An outdated, shabby appearance in rooms detracts from the experience!!! Internet connectivity issues plagued my stay!!! Overpriced amenities should be complimentary!!!

The staff was super friendly, which made us feel right at home. Breakfast had a nice variety. We loved the cozy lounge area for unwinding. Just wish the bathrooms were a bit fresher. Still, it worked great for our one night in town.
