Great location near shops and the cathedral. we enjoyed the lounge area and the attentive staff really added to our experience. Breakfast was solid, especially the variety of pastries.

It's hard to overlook the noise disturbances from events and street sounds that derail any chance of a restful night!!! Also, the lack of basic room amenities and poor room cleanliness are quite disappointing!!!

Comfortable room, helpful staff, the complimentary welcome drink made for a pleasant arrival, and the availability of luggage storage allowed for a hassle-free exploration of the area.

Everything was first-rate.

I had an awesome time with friends at the hotel. The breakfast was well worth it, and the staff were really friendly. We visited a few local parks and the Museum, both surrounded by beautiful green fields, and just a short stroll away. Great location for exploring the city!

However, there was an annoying issue during my stay. The en suite bathroom was really small and felt unsafe, especially when getting out of the bath after a shower. It was difficult to avoid slipping on the wet tiles, which made it a bit stressful.

We loved the central location, perfect for exploring Exeter with kids! We enjoyed visiting the nearby parks and had fun at the historic sites. The room was cozy, and the kids appreciated having space to play after our adventures.

My children wanted cooler rooms to sleep better.

The location is perfect, right across from the train station and close to shops. Rooms were clean, and surprisingly comfortable despite some street noise.

Felt that it is secure, no reason to complain.
