The hotel's location is perfect, situated fairly close to all the main tourist attractions and within walking distance of everything. Additionally, it is right next to the tram, making transportation convenient. The hotel facilities are excellent, with a modern and comfortable room that is well-equipped. The cleanliness of the hotel, including the corridors, is top-notch. The staff are exceptional, being professional, helpful, and polite, making my stay even more enjoyable.

I had a good stay in a hotel that was conveniently located near the last stop for the tram that takes you from the airport. The hotel is close to the main streets of the city which made it possible for us to do almost everything walking. Our room was clean and comfortable with all necessary facilities. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The buffet was often opened late and there was a lack of variety in the food offered. The sausages and bacon were reheated and served multiple days in a row, and there were dirty cups on more than one occasion.

I was impressed with the location of the hotel, as it was conveniently surrounded by several bars, restaurants, and entertainment options like the Vue cinema and John Lewis. I had an enjoyable experience and would stay at Courtyard again.
