We got great value for our money at the lodge. The room was spacious, clean, and had a cozy feel to it. The location was perfect, tucked away but still central. The staff treated us like family and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome.

The hotel breakfast menu could have had a wider variety of options.

The character of the hotel was charming and the owners were very welcoming. the room was tastefully decorated and the breakfast was exceptional. As a solo female traveler, I felt safe and comfortable during my stay. the hotel's location was further back from the road compared to other hotels in the area, which provided a quiet atmosphere. Additionally, the food, including the breakfast and light bite platters, was of a high standard and the service was great.

One personal preference was the wet room bathrooms, as I didn't enjoy having wet feet every time I went to the bathroom. Another downside was that the rooms were not cleaned during our stay and towels were not replaced.

The warm welcome from the staff made us feel like part of the family. the lodge itself was stunning and nestled in a central yet secluded location. We loved every moment and wished we could have stayed longer. Highly recommended!

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a great bar area and a cosy lounge with a fireplace. The location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the Speyside area and its distilleries. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making sure all my needs were met. And the breakfast was delicious, providing a tasty start to the day.

They were always available to assist with any queries or concerns we had. the hotel was situated in a great location, with plenty of nearby attractions and activities to enjoy.

The room was not cleaned to a satisfactory standard, and we had some issues with dust and dirt throughout the hotel. we found the decor to be quite outdated and in need of a refresh.

we had an amazing time at the lodge in Craigellachie. The hosts were warm and welcoming, the room was spacious and filled with natural light, and the breakfast was delicious. We were also impressed with the lodge's character and tasteful renovation. it exceeded our expectations and we would highly recommend it to others.

As young people, we loved the friendly staff, cozy lounge, and delicious food. The bar and charcuterie boards were a hit with both locals and travelers. The setting was gorgeous and perfect for exploring on foot and visiting distilleries.

The hotel provided spacious rooms with high ceilings and well-equipped furniture. the large bathroom in the family room was a plus. the small kitchen in the hotel served delicious dinners and breakfasts, exceeding expectations. the location of the hotel was perfect, hidden away from busy areas, with beautiful and well-maintained grounds. the owner, Scott, was extremely helpful and provided valuable information about the area and distilleries. the breakfast offered was beyond expectations. Ample parking space was available.

The only downside was the short duration of our stay, as we would have loved to enjoy the hotel and its surroundings for a longer period of time. the hotel lacked a power plug in the bathroom, which made it inconvenient for guests to use hair dryers in the bathroom.

We did encounter a sharp left turn when approaching the hotel from the Craigellachie distillery. It would have been easier if there was an alternate route or a more visible sign for the hotel entrance.
