We had a fantastic stay at Apartamentos Isabel. The staff were incredibly friendly and offered to clean our apartment every day. The beds were comfortable and there was always plenty of hot water in the shower. We loved the privacy of our balcony, with no overlooking balconies, and the pool was a great size. The location was perfect - not too busy, but within walking distance to the beach. The convenience store next to the apartments was a bonus. a great value for money stay.

I had a pleasant stay at the apartments. The location was great, just a short 10-minute walk to the beach and restaurants. The supermarket was conveniently only 5 minutes away. The staff, particularly Cristina at the reception, were very helpful and friendly. They even arranged for me to have an apartment on the top floor instead of the ground floor, which I appreciated. The cleaning lady, Halfeda, was excellent and went out of her way to help. The facilities were good, and I especially liked having a bath in the apartment.

We loved our stay at the apartment. It was in a great location, away from the busy tourist areas but still within walking distance to the beach. The apartment had a beautiful sea view and the balcony was a great spot to relax. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was clean and spacious. The kitchen was well equipped for our needs, although it was missing a few small items like salt, pepper, and a sharp knife. There was a convenience store right next to the apartment which was very convenient. The host was extremely helpful and accommodating throughout our stay. it was a fantastic value for money.

Stayed at the Isabel apartments and had a great experience! The location was decent and provided a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. The lady on-site was very helpful, always ensuring that towels and linen were changed and even provided additional amenities like a hairdryer, kettle, and fan. She went above and beyond by offering to carry our cases. Christina and her mother Valentina at the reception were always ready to assist with any issues. Plenty of sunbeds and a peaceful environment made our stay even more enjoyable. a fantastic experience!

We had an amazing time at this apartment complex! The location was perfect, just a quick walk to the beach and near all the bars and restaurants on the strip. It was great to be able to enjoy the lively atmosphere but still have a quiet and peaceful place to sleep at night. The room was spacious and well-equipped with all the necessary kitchenware. The bathroom was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. We also enjoyed the convenience of having a small shop right next door. it was a fantastic stay!

A minor issue with the bathroom window not closing properly.

Great place to stay, with lots of sun beds at the pool and the apartment. Outstanding value for money with various amenities available such as an oven, stove, microwave, iron, hair dryer. Rooms were regularly cleaned and towels changed every couple of days. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.

There were a few issues during our stay. The apartment lacked proper maintenance, with broken furniture, kitchen cupboards, and beds that were not very comfortable.

our stay in puerto del carmen was amazing, and apartamentos isabel exceeded our expectations. the location was perfect, with a quiet and peaceful atmosphere. the spacious apartments had a great balcony with a sea view, and the kitchen was well-equipped. valentina, the host, was extremely helpful and made our stay even better. highly recommend for a fantastic walking tour!

Clean, spacious apartments in convenient location. Late check-in process smooth. Bath issue resolved with immediate offer to relocate to beachfront bungalow. Well-stocked mini market nearby. Short walk to beach and supermarket. Nice pool.

The facilities were great, with a bath provided instead of just a shower like other similar apartments. The location was also fantastic, just a short 5-minute walk to the seaside. having a convenient shop right outside the apartments was a major advantage.

The cost was on the high side, and it would have been better to find a cheaper deal. the hot water in the shower was very limited, regardless of the time of day.

The value for money at Apartamentos Isabel was great, the room was comfortable and had everything we needed for a self-catering stay. The location was perfect, a short walk from the main strip but still nice and quiet. The staff were friendly and helpful during our stay.

The only thing that could make the breakfast option better is to offer a wider variety of choices.

The location near the beach and restaurants was a major plus, although we did have to navigate a steep hill to get there. However, it was worth it as we were only about 5-10 minutes from the seafront. We also loved that the hotel was near all the bars and restaurants on the strip, making it convenient for dining and entertainment.

There was an issue with the payment method as they only accepted cash, which was not communicated prior to arrival.
