Staff were excellent and made our stay pleasant. Rooms were comfortable and well equipped. Food was good and reasonably priced. Location was convenient for the airport. Great value for money.

The value for money at the hotel was great, and our room was comfortable and beautifully renovated. The location was convenient for the airport and TECA, but not ideal for scenic views. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home.

The breakfast selection could be improved, especially the scrambled eggs which were microwaved and sliced, making them unappetizing.

Rooms need modernization

The location of the hotel is convenient for various activities. It is only a 5 to 6 minute walk away from the P & J Live Arena, perfect for attending concerts. Furthermore, there is a library nearby with comfortable seating, ideal for relaxing or reading. Additionally, being close to the airport is a big advantage for travelers.

One negative aspect of the hotel is that the TV reception in some rooms is poor, with frequent picture break-ups.

The room felt worn-out and in need of updating. the noise from the nearby airport, especially from the early morning 'red eye' flights, made it difficult to get a restful night's sleep.

During my Christmas stay, the parking was great, and the staff were welcoming. the location was perfect, with easy access to all the fun activities around. the breakfast was great, and there was a wide selection of food to choose from.

I had a wonderful stay at this lovely hotel. The location in a quiet neighborhood was perfect for a peaceful and relaxing stay. The hotel staff, from the managers to the housekeepers, were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The room I stayed in was well appointed and very clean, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The hotel also offered room service, dry cleaning, and laundry services, which were very convenient. I also enjoyed the delicious breakfast and dinner options at the restaurant. The food was amazing, with a wide selection of choices and innovative, tasty recipes. I even got some recipes to take home and try myself. the service, comfort, and quality of this hotel were top-notch.

The location was perfect for my conference at the nearby TECA complex. The bus stops nearby made it convenient for traveling into the city center. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The cooked breakfast was delicious and the dinner options had plenty of choices. The bar, with its lovely open fire, offered a great selection of drinks. Plenty of parking spaces were available as well.
