We were pleasantly surprised by the unique and quirky atmosphere of the hotel. From the moment we checked in on the old red double decker bus, we knew we were in for a special experience. The building itself was gorgeous and the bar area had a cozy and well-decorated ambiance.

As adventure travelers, we loved the quirky, decadent and interesting vibe of the hotel. The Thai massage and meal were outstanding, and the service, particularly at reception and the Thai restaurant, was fabulous. The food and cocktails were excellent, and the staff even made a special effort for our anniversary. The themed design and luxurious decor added to the overall atmosphere. We also enjoyed the unique features like the reception double decker bus. We look forward to returning to try out the main restaurant and spa facilities.

My stay at Crazy Bear was an absolute pleasure from beginning to end. The room I had, number 309, was lovely and spacious. I particularly enjoyed the garden area, especially at night when all the lights were on. The staff were incredibly polite and professional, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The food at Crazy Bear was marvelous, even for a picky vegetarian like myself. It was a special occasion for me, and the staff went above and beyond to surprise me with a little something during dinner. I highly recommend everyone to experience Crazy Bear for themselves. Thank you to the staff for making my stay so memorable.

The hotel offered a good price for the new year’s eve celebration. the location was great, with easy access to nearby attractions. the staff were friendly and attentive, making sure everyone was having a good time throughout the night.

The room was very disappointing. It was cramped, stuffy, and not very clean.

We had a wonderful stay here at this luxurious hotel. The communal areas were beautifully decorated and created a warm and inviting atmosphere. The hotel's grounds were truly impressive, even in the winter, and we can only imagine how stunning they would be in the summer. Our room was very nice and the bed was incredibly comfortable. We were a little disappointed that the jets in the bath weren't working, but overall the room was lovely. The restaurant was absolutely fantastic, and we opted for the Thai restaurant where the food was simply incredible. We also enjoyed dining in the garden area, which was a delightful experience. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service. We were welcomed with a flute of champagne by a helpful receptionist, which was a lovely touch.

We had a fantastic time at Crazy Bear! The terrace and gardens were stunning, and we loved strolling through the attached farm to see the animals. The comfortable bed ensured a good night's sleep, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was quirky and relaxing. The Thai massage I booked for my wife was a hit, and we thoroughly enjoyed our Thai meal. The staff, especially the reception ladies and the gentlemen in the Thai restaurant, provided excellent service. Special mention to Pierre, the kind old man at the entrance of the restaurant, who took great care of us throughout our stay. We can't wait to return!

As a couple, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this unique and stylish hotel. The ribeye steak was fantastic and the pork belly was exceptional. The staff, especially Sophie and Isabelle, provided excellent service and went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. The room was comfortable with great amenities and we loved exploring the beautiful terrace and gardens. The farm attached to the hotel was a lovely addition, allowing us to enjoy a relaxing walk and see the animals.

We felt welcome throughout our stay and have no complaints.

We had a delightful stay at Crazy Bear for a few nights. The staff were attentive and helpful, making our experience even better. The garden suite rooms were luxurious and we enjoyed being chauffeured to the main hotel in a comfortable Jaguar car whenever needed. The location was perfect for peaceful walks and there was even a charming farm shop nearby. a truly enjoyable and relaxing stay.

We stayed in a lovely location with an open fire and had easy access to both an English restaurant and an amazing Thai restaurant. The room was comfortable with a good night's sleep and the bathroom had all the necessary amenities. The service was friendly and welcoming, and the inclusive breakfast offered a continental option. We also enjoyed the facilities such as the bar and cocktail menu. we found a local pub where the cost for drinks was 50% cheaper, which was a great bonus.

There was a lack of basic amenities such as internet passwords and room service menu, and some features like slippers and shower caps were missing.
