The Crofters Cottage was an absolute gem. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning location and the beauty of the place. It truly felt like our own little corner of the world for the four days we were there. The cottage itself was impeccable, with a typical regional construction and a lovely decor. We were pleasantly surprised to find a well-equipped kitchen, perfect for those who love to cook. And let's not forget the amazing view from the cottage and the heated floor that added an extra level of comfort. The large bathroom and spacious bedroom were also highlights of our stay. We were even lucky enough to have incredible sunny weather during our time on Skye. The owners were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make us feel at home, even shipping back some items of clothing that we had left behind. We didn't want to leave and will definitely be coming back.

If we had to mention a drawback, it would be that after a few days, it may be difficult to find new things to explore. However, if you're content with sitting back and enjoying the beauty of the cottage and its surroundings, then this is not an issue at all.

The cottage was clean, beautifully decorated, and had a large bathroom and comfortable living room. The in-floor heating kept us cozy all day. We appreciated the welcome basket and the stunning views from the cottage.

I also appreciated the provision of bikes and fishing tackle. my daughter and I had a fantastic stay and felt right at home in this wonderful property.

While there were a few minor drawbacks, such as the noise from the water pump and the bed being quite firm, they did not overshadow the overall experience. The water pump noise was understandable due to the owners' eco-conscious approach, and the bed preference is subjective.
