We had the most fantastic wedding at The Cromwell. The Astley Suite was stunning and the staff went above and beyond for our guests. The wedding planner ensured everything went to plan. Can't wait to visit again! I highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel is perfectly located in the center of town, right in the heart of old Stevenage. The restaurant offers a fantastic breakfast with delicious sausages and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The rooms are smart, clean, and have very comfortable beds. Additionally, the plentiful car parking space is a great advantage.

The hot water in the bathroom takes a while to run and doesn't last long for showers.

Excellent bed and fittings. Rump and Wade restaurant was brilliant with excellent service and high-quality food and drinks. Highly recommend.

The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and made our stay enjoyable. the room we stayed in had a comfortable bed and nice bath facilities. the hotel was conveniently located near several shops and amenities in town.

We did wish that the hanging space in the cupboard had been larger and that the towels in the bathroom were of a bigger size. our room was located quite far from the entrance and parking lot of the hotel, making it difficult to access.

loved my recent stay at cromwell, just as amazing as before. comfy, clean rooms & friendly staff. wifi perfect for work, and the meals are always solid. can't wait to come back!

Room and location were good, with ample car parking spaces. Maid service was accommodating, happy to return later. Receptionist went above and beyond. Staff were friendly and hotel presented well. Manager provided great customer service and helped with room selection. Spotless bathroom, nice amenities. highly recommended. 🌟

The room was clean and spacious, and the bed was comfortable. the location was great, with shops, restaurants, and pubs within walking distance. the staff was helpful and friendly, making our stay more enjoyable.

the TV in the room didn't work properly, and the remote control was difficult to use. the bathroom light was broken, which made it difficult to use the bathroom at night.

We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Cromwell. The room was beautifully designed and the whole hotel exuded elegance and charm. The food in the restaurant was exceptional and the staff were polite and attentive. Our room was spacious, clean, and had a wonderful bathroom with a powerful shower. The bed was also very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The hotel's location in a quieter part of town was a bonus. we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel.

This hotel was in the perfect place for us to visit family and the location on the main street was very convenient. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service. The rooms were clean and well-maintained with all the normal facilities. The decor throughout the hotel was fabulous and added to the overall pleasant atmosphere. The breakfast, which was included in the price, was served at 10.05 and offered good quality food.

All aspects of our stay were satisfactory.

Nicely placed in the charming Old Town, abundance of local shops and restaurants, comfortable and clean room, friendly and helpful service, recently renovated, free car parking.
