We have stayed at this hotel twice before and have always had a fantastic experience. The location is perfect, situated on a cliff top with stunning views of the town and harbour. The hotel is in a quiet area, away from the hustle and bustle, but still conveniently close to the town centre. The staff here are top-notch and provide excellent customer service. They are always willing to go above and beyond to assist with any queries or requests. The room we stayed in was spacious and comfortable, with a large bed and a beautiful view. The hotel also offers great amenities such as a bar, restaurant, and swimming pool, which we thoroughly enjoyed during our stay.

This hotel is definitely a hidden gem. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

The staff at Crown Spa Hotel Scarborough By Compass Hospitality were incredibly helpful and friendly. They went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The location of the hotel was perfect, with beautiful views of Scarborough. I had a great experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

As business travelers, we appreciated the adjacent doorways in our rooms for our elderly relative's independence and our peace of mind. The hotel's sea view and convenient parking made our stay even more enjoyable. The nearby cliff lift to the Spa where we were attending the Green Party Conference was a plus. The free Wi-Fi and access to the bar, restaurant, and pool were also much appreciated. The breakfast options were plentiful, and the hotel's location just a two-minute walk from the beach and town made it very convenient.

The staff were absolutely fantastic - attentive, but not annoyingly so. Special mention to the maître d' of the restaurant. Great chap! Enjoyed the gym and the spa.

The lack of air conditioning was a major drawback, especially during the summer months. the bedroom felt like a furnace even with the windows open.

The hotel is situated just down on the seafront, offering breathtaking views of the ocean. The rooms are spacious, like room 317, and come with immaculately clean bathrooms, equipped with two sinks. The service is usually attentive and friendly, with staff members quick to provide requests like a banana for breakfast. The hotel also boasts a spa and gym area, where guests can relax and unwind. it's a fantastic place to stay with great facilities and a perfect location by the sea.

On windy nights, the noise from the fire escape exit outside the rooms can be quite disturbing.

Fantastic facilities, helpful and friendly staff, beautiful view, walking distance to castle, enjoyed breakfast, calming atmosphere.

We recently had a wonderful Easter stay at a hotel in Scarborough. the room we stayed in was spacious and clean, with amazing views of the sea. the hotel's location was perfect, offering stunning views of the surrounding area. We also enjoyed the evening meal at the hotel, as the food was delicious and reasonably priced.

The breakfasts were also a bit of a letdown, as there were too few staff members to cater to the busy dining area and the choice was limited. Despite these shortcomings, we still had a pleasant overall experience at the hotel.

Lovely location, well decorated, friendly and helpful staff, excellent cooked breakfast, comfortable and well-equipped room, convenient sockets.

The complementary drinks and snacks were a nice touch. the location was great for exploring the town and nearby attractions. the view from the room was lovely too.

The staff seemed uninterested and unapproachable. the room was not cleaned properly, with crumbs and dust on surfaces.

The hotel is clean and tidy, with helpful and pleasant staff at the reception. The room on the third floor was comfortable, tidy, and had a lovely sea view. The spa facilities, including saunas, were well-maintained and added a special touch to the hotel. There was also a good selection for the self-service continental breakfast. Parking was free for two days, and the staff were attentive and couldn't have been more helpful. The walk to the center was a bit uphill but offered a nice view.

Comfy bed, superb room, stunning views. Friendly and efficient staff, scrummy food. Brilliant staff, especially Lynn, Dave, Liz, and one Porter. Lovely modern and clean room, though a bit small. Friendly staff, changed bedding and towels daily. Great views, 10 minute walk to centre, 20 minutes to harbor. Nice reception and bar area, excellent food and service in the restaurant with tasty breakfast. Excellent facilities in health club.

Our stay at the Crown Spa Hotel was absolutely delightful. The location was superb, offering magnificent views of the surrounding area. The evening meals were mostly good, and we especially enjoyed the excellent bar menu and snacks. The parking arrangements were also very convenient.

We had to cancel the first night of our stay due to my wife's serious fall and a visit to the doctor. Although we accepted the late cancellation charge, we were disappointed that the room was taken by another guest without any adjustment being made.
