The room had the perfect style and decor, with nice little touches like complimentary water, chocolates, and sleeping aids. I also appreciated having an iron and board, as not all hotels provide this. The toiletries were impressive, and I would love to stay here again.

The service from arrival to departure at Crowne Plaza was perfect. The staff I dealt with were lovely, especially the gentleman who checked us out. The location is brilliant, close to all shops, bars, and restaurants. The reception area is clean and welcoming.

The hotel was conveniently located close to the center of town and the Club area, making it easy to explore the city. The proximity to the train station also made it convenient to travel to the NEC. The room was well presented and the bathroom was fresh and clean, especially the shower. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the restaurant offered fantastic food at a great value for money.

The upstairs corridors were dirty and unkempt, with filthy carpets.

As a guest with a family, we loved the spacious rooms, luxurious shower, and cleanliness of the hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. The free breakfast was a nice touch and the breakfast staff were cheerful and professional. a fantastic stay.

There was nothing I didn't like.

I had an amazing time at this venue! It is located in the heart of the city and just a 5 minute walk from the main train station. I enjoyed sitting outside in the garden furniture by the canals, soaking in the relaxing atmosphere. The staff was superb and the welcome drink was a nice touch. The room was spacious and had all the amenities I needed such as air conditioning, mini-bar, and a television. The restaurant served delicious food with many options on the menu to chose from. I found the leisure facilities were excellent, especially the fitness studio!

This place is highly recommended for families!

The hotel was situated in a perfect location, very close to the downtown area with great restaurants and shops. Staff were welcoming and extremely helpful, particularly after an accident we had, providing us with first aid and assistance with our children. the room was clean and comfortable, providing an atmosphere to allow us to relax while we were away on business.

The check-in process was slow and tedious, particularly given that our room wasn't ready.

We got excellent value for our money at Crowne Plaza. The room was comfortable, and we loved the separate bathtub and shower in the spacious bathroom. The hotel's location was perfect, right near the ice skating rink and Christmas markets. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The breakfast selection could have been improved with a few more options.

The early check-in was a huge relief after a long journey. the receptionist was helpful and provided useful information about local attractions and nearby laundry facilities. the location of the hotel was excellent, just a few minutes' walk from Birmingham New Street station and the trendy canal side quarter.

The room had a few issues. the air conditioning didn't work and the windows were locked, so I had to spend most of my time at the bar terrace to stay cool.

Exceptional staff made us feel like we were staying at a 5-star hotel. They even matched the price I paid the previous day. The receptionist, Joseph, was fantastic, along with the manager and the friendly waitresses in the breakfast section. I wouldn't consider any other hotel when coming to Birmingham. Hats off to the whole Crown Plaza team. I highly recommend this hotel.
