We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location was perfect for our visit, being so close to the NEC. It was also great that the hotel was just a short walk away from Resort World, where we enjoyed a fun evening at the casino and watched the latest movie, "Top Gun Maverick." The amenities provided were first-class, with room service, dry cleaning, and bell staff always available to assist us. The rooms were comfortable and well-appointed, with amenities such as air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a flat-screen TV. We were especially impressed with the friendly and efficient staff, who went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed.

I had such a fantastic stay here! The location is perfect, set next to the lake and right by the VOX centre. It made getting to my event at the NEC so convenient. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to ensure my comfort. I especially appreciated the room service and dry cleaning services, as well as the bell staff and housekeeping who kept everything immaculate. The hotel also had shops and medical facilities, which added to the convenience. The room itself was top-notch, with great amenities like an ironing facility, air conditioning, and a mini-bar. I also loved the soundproofed rooms, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. the location and services provided at this place were outstanding.

The only downside was that the hotel seemed a bit understaffed. However, the staff who were there did their best to accommodate everyone.

The breakfast options were plentiful and delicious. Despite undergoing some renovation, the hotel was still quiet and comfortable. The food in the restaurant was extremely tasty and the service was fast and efficient. The location was great, especially for attending an event at the nearby NEC.

There were no vegan options on the menu, which was a bit disappointing. Additionally, there were some issues with communication between departments and with the thermostat in the room not working properly.
