I had a fantastic stay here. The room was lovely, with comfortable furnishings and a great view of the garden. The shower was excellent too. The breakfast had a good variety of options and I loved that it was located near a beautiful park. The hotel's location in this bustling city center made it convenient to visit all the main attractions.

We had a GREAT stay at this hotel! The location is in a beautiful area, tucked away in a quiet and pretty part of the city. The hotel itself is a classic Georgian townhouse with private gardens, adding to the luxurious atmosphere. The staff were excellent and provided us with outstanding service throughout our stay. The breakfast team deserves a special mention for their professionalism, welcoming demeanor, and hard work. The breakfast spread was absolutely FANTASTIC, one of the best we've had in years at a hotel. The rooms were quiet, clean, and comfortable, with incredibly comfy beds. The location was perfect, with easy access to bustling restaurant districts and attractions such as Holyrood House. We can't wait to stay here again!

We only wish that the staff would smile more and be a bit more forthcoming with their customer service. Other than that, we highly recommend this hotel to everyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

A Christmas getaway with my family at Crowne Plaza was fantastic. The location was ideal, just a short walk from the city center. The staff provided excellent service, especially Roseanne and Scott. Our spacious room had a lovely high ceiling, and we enjoyed the cozy bar area adorned with beautiful Christmas decorations. The breakfast had a great variety, and the kids loved the croissants and muffins. I had a great stay and will definitely return if I visit Edinburgh again.

The staff were amicable and accommodating. The room was clean and cosy with good views. The concierge was amazingly knowledgeable and funny. The room had a beautiful 4 poster bed and free hours nibbles in the lounge were a great surprise.

I gotta say, the value for money at Voco was impressive! The room we booked was stunning, just like in the advertisement, and the location was fantastic. The staff treated us like royalty, making us feel so welcome.

The reception staff were very helpful, providing us with excellent recommendations for nearby restaurants. The easy walking distance to the city center was a plus, although the hilly terrain is something to keep in mind.

The location was perfect, within walking distance of all the main attractions but still in a quiet area. During my Christmas stay, I received complementary mince pies and mulled wine, which were a lovely touch. the hotel’s location was convenient, as it was only a short walk to the city centre and a popular attraction. the room was decorated for the holidays, which added to the festive atmosphere.
