The complimentary birthday gesture in our upgraded room and stunning river views were truly memorable. However, the delay in room service for cutlery detracted from an otherwise lovely stay.

The cleanliness, the friendly staff, the fantastic views, the delicious food – truly a lovely experience!

In November 2023, I enjoyed a spectacular stay in a Premium King Room with stunning views across the city. The VIP lounge access was a highlight, with complimentary drinks and snacks available, making relaxation effortless. Breakfast was a delightful spread, featuring myriad hot and cold options. Unfortunately, the room needed better attention to detail, as I noticed some dust, which slightly detracted from the otherwise comfortable experience. Nonetheless, the friendly staff and excellent location near the concert venue were substantial advantages.

Spacious room, comfortable bed, with a lovely breakfast selection that made our mornings enjoyable, and the hotel's location made it easy to reach the nearby exhibition center in less than a 10-minute walk.

Everything was as perfect as can be.

the lift waited a bit long, but the breakfast had plenty of choices and was well organized. our room was tidy and bright, and staff were super attentive, even accommodating dietary needs.

the food at afternoon tea was lukewarm and not fresh enough for my taste.

The room was cozy with a nice view. Totally loved the in-room breakfast option. it was so convenient! However, the internet was pretty bad. Had to rely on my phone’s data the whole time, which was annoying. The staff were super friendly and attentive, though, so that made up for it a bit.

the room was so unbearably hot, I might as well have booked a sauna. the bar service was an utter shambles—clearly, I wouldn’t expect that in a 5-star. I expected a complimentary drink for suffering through all this, but no, just another missed opportunity for customer service. I almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t.

We truly enjoyed our visit! The stunning river views from our room (11th floor) were breathtaking, and the atmosphere was warm. The staff was incredibly friendly, making our stay even better.

Unfortunately, the bathroom felt a bit outdated, with some fixtures needing maintenance. Also, the bar service was lacking at times, causing delays we didn’t expect.

We had an amazing time staying here with our two teens! The executive lounge was a hit, especially during happy hour with drinks and snacks. The spacious double room had a perfect view, making our time relaxing after a busy day at the SEC next door.

My kids wished for more options on the kids' menu.

Had a fantastic time with friends celebrating a birthday! We attended a comedy show at the Hydro and strolled to the SEC afterwards. The rooms were bright, and the comfy super king bed ensured a good night's sleep. Breakfast was super relaxed with a good variety. Definitely check out nearby pubs and restaurants on Argyle Street for some fun!

One downside was the TV volume control, which didn't work well. It was frustrating when trying to watch something together.

I had a memorable stay. The location was convenient for events next door. I enjoyed a lovely breakfast with various options. However, I faced issues with cleanliness. there were items left behind in the room. One evening, I joined the executive lounge, but it was overcrowded and chaotic. I was disappointed by the limited dinner menu, but I had a nice steak. I consider myself someone who values a good culinary experience, me being from the U.S.

We had an awesome stay with a comfy room and a lovely spa that included a relaxing sauna and jacuzzi! Breakfast had loads of delicious options to choose from each morning. The only hiccup was that the air conditioning could’ve been better, but it didn't ruin our good vibes at all! 😊

The breakfast buffet had an impressive waffle and pancake station with amazing toppings! ! The location is great right opposite the SSE!

Just a prime choice for a trip in Glasgow with fantastic value for money. The breakfast was hot and fresh, and the staff were very good. Make sure to confirm any dining reservations well in advance.
