The hotel is undergoing renovations but is still kept clean and fresh. The luxurious beds and linens made us feel pampered. The check-in process was flawless and Kaori provided excellent service. The property is peaceful and well-maintained. We were impressed and will definitely return when in the area.

The breakfast was excellent, the beds and linens were luxurious, and the hotel was clean and well-maintained. The front staff were extremely friendly and the location was great. The renovations were well-managed and did not disrupt our stay. The check-in process was flawless and the GM was a true hospitality professional. We will definitely return when in the area.

The staff at Holiday Inn Express in Birmingham were incredibly helpful and kind during my stay. They went above and beyond to ensure that I had a comfortable experience. The breakfast spread at the hotel exceeded my expectations, offering a variety of options to satisfy every member of my group. The location was convenient, with plenty of great restaurants nearby and easy access to the interstate. I also enjoyed taking a refreshing swim in the pool before checking out at 11 AM. I can't wait to see the hotel after the renovations are complete.

Although my overall experience was positive, there were a couple of minor drawbacks. The bathtub in my room was clogged, but I believe it just needed a simple drain cleaning.
