our stay at crowne plaza exceeded our expectations. from the fast and helpful communication prior to our arrival to the surprise early check-in, everything was exceptional. the room was clean and luxurious, with thoughtful extras like tea facilities. the convenient location and comfortable sofa bed were also great bonuses.

The service from the restaurant staff, especially the Head Server Michael, was friendly and professional, making our dining experience a true pleasure. Even if you're not staying at the hotel, I highly recommend reserving a table for dinner here. You won't be disappointed!

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the immaculately clean and modern decor. The hotel had excellent facilities including a gym, sauna, and pool, which we made full use of. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, with special shout outs to Patricia and the young receptionist who checked us out of room 519. Richard in the club lounge was exceptional, providing polite and courteous service with a great sense of humor. The location of the hotel was perfect, centrally located and just a short walk away from the city centre and popular shopping areas. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of choices and well-cooked hot food. we would definitely recommend this place and hope to return in the future.

Loved the free bottle of water in my room and the complimentary coffee in the lobby. Good location, near all the shops and restaurants. Big plus for me was the heated pool.

The bathrooms were outdated and not very clean. the shower pressure was weak and the temperature kept changing.
