our stay at crowne plaza exceeded our expectations. from the fast and helpful communication prior to our arrival to the surprise early check-in, everything was exceptional. the room was clean and luxurious, with thoughtful extras like tea facilities. the convenient location and comfortable sofa bed were also great bonuses.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was ideal for exploring the city. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. I especially appreciated their prompt response when I asked for a room with two double beds instead of a twin. The breakfast was excellent, and the onsite parking was convenient. I highly recommend this hotel.

The parking spaces were a bit tight for larger vehicles, and there was some noise from loud music playing late at night.

The dishes were exquisitely presented, from the dinky pies to the perfectly cooked steaks. The flavors were exceptional, and we could tell that the chefs put a lot of effort into their creations. The service from the restaurant staff, especially the Head Server Michael, was friendly and professional, making our dining experience a true pleasure. Even if you're not staying at the hotel, I highly recommend reserving a table for dinner here. You won't be disappointed!

Close to town, easily accessible. Parking available at an extra cost. the swimming pool and spa facilities were enjoyable.

The bed was small and uncomfortable. There was black mould around the bath in the room I stayed in.
