I had a fantastic stay at the Crowne Plaza in Liverpool! The value for money was great and the room was so comfortable, especially the bed. The location was perfect, with beautiful views of the River Mersey and the Liver Building. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, going out of their way to help and make my stay enjoyable. They even surprised my daughter with a birthday cake, which she loved!

The breakfast selection could have been better, especially when it came to butter.

We also enjoyed the facilities, such as the indoor swimming pool, sauna, and steam room, which were all well-maintained and easily accessible. The bar and restaurant were spacious and offered a great selection of food and drinks. the quality of service and comfort provided at this hotel exceeded our expectations.

The staff at this hotel were exceptional, from the reception staff to the restaurant and bar staff. They were welcoming, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. the room was clean and spacious, with a good bathroom and a nice touch of complimentary water. the hotel's location was also great, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and tunnels.

The facilities lacked atmosphere and felt a bit dull. the parking was quite expensive and there was a miscommunication regarding its inclusion.

Prime location, own car park, beautiful rooms, helpful staff , good breakfast. Duty housekeeping manager Marge was understanding about our bad night at a different hotel.

Nothing not to like.

The club access was a lovely added extra, with great quality and service. The pool and spa were out of this world, and the staff, especially Lou in the spa, were professional and friendly. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job in maintaining our room. The location was also very convenient, with beautiful views of the Mersey. I highly recommend this hotel.

During my recent Christmas stay, I had an incredible experience at this lovely hotel. the location was fantastic with easy access to all the main attractions. I also loved the free Wi-Fi and the complementary tea and coffee in the room. the staff were friendly and always happy to help.

The shower area was quite narrow and the drain was slow, which made taking a shower difficult. Another thing that I didn't like was the fact that the television and media set up were quite dated and in need of modernization.
