I stayed at this hotel for a show nearby and loved it! The location was perfect, just a few minutes walk from the train station. I was impressed with the room service and housekeeping, everything was kept to a great standard. The staff were amazing, they even sent me a sweet surprise for my anniversary. The sauna and jacuzzi were great after a tiring day.

There was a bit of noise during the day with planes flying, but at night it was peaceful and I slept through just fine. I would definitely recommend this place to family and friends.

As a group of friends, we loved the complimentary room upgrade and the helpfulness of the hotel staff. The gym was excellent and the breakfast had a sensational variety, including gluten-free options. The evening bar also had a great selection of drinks. a fantastic experience.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The room was spacious, modern, and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed including air conditioning, a flat-screen TV. The highlight of my stay was the excellent customer service. The reception staff went above and beyond to make my friend's anniversary special, with little surprises and a tidy room. The spa facilities were also amazing, with a lovely massage and a relaxing environment.

We just came back from a romantic escape and we had an amazing experience. the staff were fantastic, always smiling and willing to help, making us feel very welcome. We really enjoyed the complementary bottle of wine and the chocolate covered strawberries - such a nice touch! the hotel had a perfect location, with easy access to all the key attractions. Our room had a fantastic view of the city skyline, and the bed was so comfortable, we slept like babies.

The poor signage around the hotel, we got lost a couple of times trying to find our way around. the restaurant staff seemed to be struggling, resulting in slow service during breakfast and dinner.
