During my Christmas stay, I was pleased with the cleanliness of the rooms and the incredibly comfortable beds. the full breakfast offered was also a highlight, with a wide selection of delicious options to choose from. the regular bus service right outside the hotel made it convenient to explore the surrounding area.

the hotel was located quite far from where I wanted to be, in a somewhat dodgy area. there were limited options for relaxation or enjoying a drink outside of the hotel bar, which closed quite early.

The front desk staff were friendly, helpful, and always had a smile. The security at the door was kind and provided excellent service. The receptionist gave useful transportation tips and local information. Breakfast was delicious with a variety of options and attentive staff. The room had comfortable beds and ample toiletries.

crowne plaza ealing exceeded my expectations during this summer holiday. the room was lovely, clean, and very spacious. the staff were friendly and the breakfast had a good selection. overall, a very pleasant stay.
