Unfortunately, I faced a few challenges during my stay. The air conditioning in my room was ineffective, leaving me feeling uncomfortably warm throughout the night. Additionally, the TV was not functioning properly upon my arrival, though the staff addressed it quickly. However, I was out of pocket as I had to pay for parking, which added to my frustration given the room rate. These issues were disappointing and affected what could have been an enjoyable visit.

Spending time at the Crowne Plaza was quite pleasant, especially thanks to the friendly reception staff who were always ready to assist. The breakfast choices were diverse, and the family room felt spacious and comfortable.

However, the decor seemed dated, and there were moments when service at the restaurant didn’t meet expectations. Some dishes were pricey for the quality received, which was disappointing.

This hotel suits me perfectly with great wi-fi, a fitness centre, and a 24-hour reception. I remember my first stay when the staff helped me with a bottle of water late at night. I’m coming back for a weekend!

crowne plaza is conveniently located right next to the hanger lane metro station, making travel easy. the gym is great with 24-hour access. i really enjoyed relaxing in the premium queen room which had a sofa bed—perfect for my family. it's a sensible choice if you find a good deal here.

i wish the breakfast options were a bit more varied each day.
