The waiter in the restaurant was especially accommodating, despite a few items on the menu not being available. The rooms were absolutely brilliant, especially the kids' room with its fun tell in the bathroom. Seeing the joy on my children's faces made me extremely happy. The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to shopping, restaurants, and cinemas. This city has a great high street for shopping and plenty of dining options. The hotel itself also had excellent facilities, including a great restaurant.

We recently had a family stay at a four-star hotel near Gatwick Airport. The location was perfect, as it was fairly close to the airport and had a convenient car park. The room was comfortable, although it was on the smaller side. The staff at reception were very helpful and made us feel welcome. We also enjoyed a delicious dinner in the restaurant, with the fillet steak being a standout dish. the hotel provided a pleasant experience for our family.

The room size could have been more spacious to accommodate our family with two small kids.
