Great location, close to everything. the hotel had a lovely bar and dining area that was perfect for a quiet retreat or business meetings. the staff were well-groomed, polite, and attentive.

The heating in the hotel was very cold, especially in the reception, bar area, and breakfast area. No explanation was given for why the hotel was so cold.

The location was perfect, very near to all the attractions I wanted to visit in this city, especially the theatre. I couldn't fault the cleanliness, hotel facilities, location, and the staff's excellent service.

The hotel's location in central Notts was ideal, with numerous excellent restaurants within a 10-minute walk, covering all price ranges. We also found the staff on the ball, making us feel welcome and ensuring a pleasant stay.

I recently stayed at Crowne Plaza in Nottingham for a weekend getaway. The location was perfect, and I was impressed with the spacious and immaculate room. The staff, especially James and the morning staff member, were incredibly friendly and helpful. They even held my bag after checkout and arranged a taxi to the airport. it was a lovely stay with excellent service.

We had a fantastic stay at Crowne Plaza Nottingham. The location was perfect, especially for attending concerts at the nearby Concert Hall. The breakfast in the hotel was delicious and had a great variety of options. The hotel itself was beautifully decorated and had a cozy bar area. We also loved the excellent swimming pool facilities.

Comfortable beds, excellent breakfast selection including cereals, fruit, yogurt, and hot cooked breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. Enjoyed the spa facilities and relaxing treatments. Great location near Old Market Square and easily accessible from the railway station.

The room was a bit tired-looking and could use some updates. the view from the room was not pleasant, but that wasn't a major issue.

As youngsters, we loved the central location, with shops and restaurants nearby. The room was clean and had a nice, big bed. The staff were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the convenience of the parking and the access to the pool, jacuzzi, and sauna. It was a brilliant stay.

We felt most welcome and had no reason to complain.

The location of the hotel was perfect for our weekend break, with lots of restaurants and bars within a short walking distance. the swimming pool, sauna, and steam room facilities were fantastic and not too crowded, even during peak times.

That the hotel did not make it clear that the swimming pool was for adults only during certain hours, which meant that my 13-year-old son was unable to use it. in the ladies' shower, several of the shower catches were broken, and the shower heads were not adjustable.
