The room was spacious, with comfortable beds and a nice bathroom. The towels were soft and the shower was amazing. The breakfast was exceptional, and the staff was friendly and explained everything. The pool and gym were fantastic. The hotel was clean and beautifully decorated. The reception staff were lovely, especially the chap who dealt with our arrival. The food at the restaurant was excellent, and the breakfast was also very good. a great experience.

crowne plaza solihull exceeded my expectations. perfect location, delicious breakfast waffles, and friendly staff. it was even better than my last stay in solihull. loved the nearby shops and bars.

The location of the hotel was ideal, as it was just across the street from a bustling shopping centre with a wide variety of food options. Moreover, it was conveniently located near the NEC, making it easy to reach by taxi. The rooms were spacious, beautifully decorated, and had comfortable beds. The bathrooms were clean and modern, with easy-to-use showers. The hotel also provided thoughtful amenities such as coffee, tea, hot chocolate, and even bars of chocolate. the service was excellent and the breakfast was top-notch.

One negative aspect was that some rooms were not well-insulated, resulting in noise disturbances from nearby pubs or the gym.

The value for money was great, and the room was spacious and beautifully decorated. The hotel's location was ideal, easily accessible from the motorway and with a shopping centre opposite. The staff were extremely friendly and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable.

My overall experience at the hotel was not great. there were some maintenance issues, such as the bathroom screen letting water onto the floor and a hairdryer that kept cutting out.

Having free onsite parking during our stay was a fantastic bonus.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, as it was directly opposite a shopping centre where I could find everything I needed. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated, with a comfortable bed that ensured a great night's sleep. I also appreciated the little touches, such as the tea and coffee facilities, as well as the complimentary toiletries provided. this place exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

The only downside to this hotel is that 24 hours was not enough time to fully enjoy all of the amenities and services on offer. However, I would still recommend this hotel to anyone, as the location and quality of service make it a truly fantastic place to stay.
